Proposed workflow

A starting brief, not a preconfigured workflow or proof of a completed outcome. Review the generated steps and test with your accounts before publishing.

When

A WhatsApp Business message (Meta webhook); reply from the number it reached.

Then

  1. Per text, find the sender's row in tab 1 of the Google Sheets id from setup (Phone, Service, Status), or add one.
  2. Skip Booked rows.
  3. If Service is empty: save it if on your setup list and ask for a YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM time (setup timezone), else send the list.
  4. Else if that time is free for your setup length in your Google Calendar, book, confirm, mark Booked; if malformed or taken, say so, ask again.

Before you publish

Needs a WhatsApp Cloud API number in your own Meta app: after publishing, add its app secret and a verify token, register the webhook address with that token and subscribe it to messages. Connect WhatsApp for the same business account. Supply the sheet, service list, appointment length and timezone.

Connect the accounts and credentials it needs first. Optional AI steps use AI at runtime and their output can vary, so review the workflow and test it before publishing.
