Proposed workflow

A starting brief, not a preconfigured workflow or proof of a completed outcome. Review the generated steps and test with your accounts before publishing.

When

Choose a schedule: daily at 08:00 PM UTC or faster on Pro; then read tab 1 of the setup Google Sheets spreadsheet (Publish Time UTC, Text, Image Link, Status).

Then

  1. Keep due rows with empty Status.
  2. Post each row's Text and optional image to the setup Telegram channel.
  3. Write Posted and the time into Status to prevent repeats.

Before you publish

Connect the accounts and credentials it needs first. Optional AI steps use AI at runtime and their output can vary, so review the workflow and test it before publishing.
