When

A message a person sends to your Telegram bot.

Then

  1. If the text is /today, read today's Google Calendar events and your open Google Tasks and reply with a short agenda.
  2. If the text is /inbox, read your unread Gmail messages from the last 24 hours and reply with a one-line summary of each.
  3. For any other text, reply with the list of commands. Reply only to the Telegram chat id you choose in setup.

Before you publish

After publishing, pick a secret token in Whenever and pass it with the webhook address to Telegram's setWebhook; one bot serves one workflow. Restrict replies to your chosen chat id.

Connect the accounts and credentials it needs first. Optional AI steps use AI at runtime and their output can vary, so review the workflow and test it before publishing.
