Then
- If the draw time you choose in setup, as a UTC date and time, has not passed yet, stop.
- If the Discord channel id you choose in setup already has a winners message from the bot, stop, so the draw happens once.
- Using the Discord Bot connection, list members who reacted with the tada emoji to the giveaway message id you choose in setup, leaving out bots.
- Pick the number of winners you choose in setup at random and post a message that mentions each one.
