How it runs

This is the brief Whenever builds from. Change any of it in plain words before you publish.

When

Each new response submitted to the Typeform form whose id you ask me for.

Then

  1. Add each response as a row in the Google Sheets spreadsheet id you choose in setup, skipping response ids already in the sheet.
  2. Pull the score, the comment, and the respondent's contact details from each response.
  3. When the score is 3 or lower, send the survey owner a Gmail message with those details, emailing once per response.
