How it runs

When

Every day at 07:00 AM UTC, read the prospects in the Airtable base and table ids you choose in setup.

Then

  1. For each prospect, search Gmail for a reply from their address.
  2. Mark anyone who replied so they stop receiving the sequence.
  3. Send the next email in the three-step sequence from Gmail when no reply arrived and their last email went out over two days ago.
  4. Update the step and last-sent date on that Airtable record so the same step is never sent twice.
