Every day at 06:00 PM UTC, pull the day's calls from Gong.

Then

  1. For each call, write a follow-up email from the transcript recapping what was agreed and the next steps.
  2. Save it as a Gmail draft addressed to the customer, skipping calls that already have a draft.
  3. Create a HubSpot task for the rep to review and send that draft tomorrow, one task per call.
