Run a weekly pulse survey over Slack

Sends everyone the survey link in a Slack DM on Monday, reminds only those who have not answered on Thursday, and emails the manager a summary.

How it runs

When

Every Monday and Thursday at 09:00 AM UTC.

Then

  1. Read the first tab of the Google Sheets spreadsheet id you choose in setup (Name, Email, Slack Id).
  2. On Monday, send each person a Slack direct message from me with the link to the Typeform form id you choose in setup, carrying their email as its hidden email field.
  3. On Thursday, message only those whose email has no response this week.
  4. Also on Thursday, Gmail the manager address you choose in setup a summary of the answers.
