Chase clients for missing tax documents

Emails clients about the documents still missing on an Airtable checklist each weekday, counts every reminder on the row, and tells you on Telegram when a client reaches three.

How it runs

When

Every weekday at 09:00 AM UTC.

Then

  1. Read the Airtable base and table ids you choose in setup, with the columns Client, Email, Missing Items, Times Chased and Last Chased.
  2. For each row with Missing Items whose Last Chased is not today, email the client a courteous reminder listing them with Gmail.
  3. Add one to that row's Times Chased and set Last Chased to today.
  4. Message the Telegram chat id you choose in setup with the clients whose Times Chased reached 3 today.
