Every weekday at 07:00 AM UTC, pull the latest quotes from Twelve Data for the index, currency pair and commodity symbols you choose in setup.

Then

  1. Write a short professional commentary on the moves since the previous close.
  2. Append the numbers to the Google Sheets spreadsheet id you choose in setup, skipping the whole run if today's date is already there.
  3. Email the commentary with Gmail.
