Answers each incoming WhatsApp Business message as soon as Meta delivers it, with the reply text you choose and no third-party inbox in between. Needs a WhatsApp Cloud API number in your own Meta app: after publishing, you add its app secret and a verify token, register the webhook address with that token and subscribe it to messages, and connect WhatsApp for the same business account to send the replies.
