Run a coaching chat that remembers sessions

Replies to coaching messages on Telegram using each person's profile and history from a sheet, and emails everyone a check-in every Monday. After publishing, you pick a secret token in Whenever and pass it with the webhook address to Telegram's setWebhook; one bot serves one workflow.

A message to my coaching bot on Telegram, and every Monday at 09:00 AM UTC.

Then

  1. On a message, find its row on tab 1 of the Google Sheets spreadsheet id from setup (Chat Id, Email, Profile, History, Last Id, Checked In), or add one; stop if Last Id is this message id.
  2. Reply in Telegram using Profile and History.
  3. Add the exchange to History, save its id.
  4. On Monday, Gmail my setup check-in subject and text to each row with an Email not Checked In this week; set it to today.
