Every Friday finds the recurring product themes in the week's Gong calls and drafts a PRD for the top three.
How it runs
This is the brief Whenever builds from. Change any of it in plain words before you publish.
Then
- Fetch this week's external call transcripts from Gong.
- Ask AI to write the recurring product themes, each with quoted evidence and call links.
- For the top three themes, write a short draft PRD and create it as a Google Docs document.
- Post the themes and document links, as me, to the product Slack channel id you choose in setup.
