Every day at 07:00 AM UTC, check each sales rep's Google Calendar for an out-of-office event or a day with no free slot left.

Then

  1. Decide Available or Away for today.
  2. Write it into that rep's existing row on the Google Sheets spreadsheet id and tab name you choose in setup, overwriting today's value instead of adding another row, so lead assignment only picks reps who can take a lead.
