When

Each new response submitted to the Typeform intake form whose id you ask me for.

Then

  1. Create the person and their organization in Pipedrive only when they do not exist yet.
  2. Open a deal linked to both, skipping responses that already have a Pipedrive deal.
  3. Map the budget, timeline, and service answers onto the matching deal fields and put the free-text notes in the deal description.
