Every Friday checks the week's referrals against Greenhouse and posts each recruiter a Slack thread of their referrals and stages.

How it runs

When

Every Friday at 10:00 AM UTC.

Then

  1. Fetch this week's responses to the Typeform referral form id you choose in setup, reading the candidate from its Candidate Email question.
  2. Look each referred candidate up in Greenhouse by email for their job, stage and recruiter.
  3. Group them by recruiter, marking any not yet in Greenhouse.
  4. As me, post one Slack thread per recruiter in the channel id you choose in setup, listing their referrals and stages.
