Collect leads in a Telegram bot conversation
Asks for name, email, phone and company one question at a time, keeps the answers in a sheet, and adds each finished lead to HubSpot. After publishing, you pick a secret token in Whenever and pass it with the webhook address to Telegram's setWebhook; one bot serves one workflow.
How it runs
This is the brief Whenever builds from. Change any of it in plain words before you publish.
Then
- Find this chat id's row on the first tab of the Google Sheets spreadsheet id you choose in setup (Chat Id, Name, Email, Phone, Company, Status).
- If Status is Done, stop.
- If there is no row, add one and ask in Telegram for their name.
- Otherwise save the message into the first empty field and ask for the next one.
- Once all four are filled, create a HubSpot contact, set Status to Done and thank them.
