How it runs

This is the brief Whenever builds from. Change any of it in plain words before you publish.

When

Every 15 minutes, read the messages posted in the preceding 15 minutes in the Discord support channel id you choose in setup, using the Discord Bot connection.

Then

  1. Skip messages from bots and messages that already have a thread.
  2. Open a thread on each message named after its author.
  3. Post the support hours text you choose in setup in that thread.
  4. Add a row to the Google Sheets spreadsheet id you choose in setup with the author, message and thread link.
